The Reading program offered at Leaders Academy is supported by the Renaissance program, which is an internationally recognized program.

The Reading program is our fundamental library program that assists students with their reading, vocabulary, spelling and basic grammar skills.

Whether ESL or native speakers, Renaissance’s Star Readers will benefit any learner and provide opportunities for academic growth and learning. Using diagnostic tests and specific leveled readers, students will actively improve while enjoying both new and beloved books.

Renaissance is used by thousands of schools around the world, and we are proud to be able to offer this program to you as well. Each Star Assessment uses a specialized test to deliver specific results for each student.

This allows the program to be tailored for each individual and assist their growth where it is needed the most.

The reading program is generally used as a first level program or in combination with other programs we offer such as our curricular program.

We feel that this program is a good starting point to help assist students in their development and growth of learning the necessarry vocabulary commonly used in the English language.
